I have been searching for veterans' info on my deceased father in law. I've visited several government/veteran based sites. I came across Militaryrecord.org. I agreed to the $1.00 initial charge. I exchanged emails with 2 militaryrecord.org reps (Brian Thompson/Andy Wright) Basically they sent me a link to the original government sites that I visited. When I politely asked for the charge to be reversed, they both replied saying my Visa was already charged, and there would be not further charges. I again asked for a refund citing I paid for services not given, they quickly declined the refund. I have canceled my CC before another other charges could be accumulated.
