"J-E-M" Marketing Company, obtained my debit cards details by asking to pay for postal charges for two cream samples, £4.99 & £0.99, from POP-UP following a M& S marketing survey.

My Bank Fraud Services phoned to-day to ask if I recognised two transactions for £85.08 & £90.00 respectively. I DID NOT, since at the time of submitting request of samples there was no mention of cost or any clear terms and conditions, specifically that 14 days trial started from date of placing order (How can a trial test be carried out without sample?)

Return labels had been removed from one despatch and second one requested customer number, not available on despatch note. So, to-day, i.e. within 14 days, items returned to Marketing Company, Sheridan Labs JEM House, Cranleigh, Surrey, GU6 8ND for full refund.

Many "Distance Selling Regulations" broken. BEWARE all products with RVTL, J-E-M, Equinox, skin24 fruit extol, and glimpskin are UNDER THE SAME C O N, imported from USA where there are several pending cases. YOU HAVE THREE MONTHS AND SEVEN DAYS RATHER THAN 14 FOR A FULL REFUND!
