Part requested and received from RMS LT proofed to be faulty and after reporting the fact, although promised,I was not contacted at all. Initial report made by phone minutes after delivery and followed up with an e-mail today. The item was a door handle module for my Mazda Premacy. The received part had the same damage as my original one. Ignoring customer complaints is not the way to do business, it smells of fraud and will be dealt with.
