I originally authorized a charge of US$1.00 for a special 'Empire Bonus' offered by On Line Job Killer. It was not stated what this bonus consisted of nor were there any indications on the charge form where I entered my card details that there would be further charges. I never received access to this 'Empire Bonus' but didn't bother to follow up because the charge was insignificant. A further charge of US$97.00 was charged to my card on Aug 14 and the same amount was charged again on Aug 21. When I received my statement, I instructed my bank to block further charges. When the next charge was processed, it was reversed by my bank. Viper Marketing then sent me an eMail telling me that my access to this product would be denied if I didn't pay this charge (I had never had access in the first place!). I replied to this eMail asking for a refund but my eMail bounced with a message that the eMail address from which Viper Marketing had supposedly eMailed me did not exist.
