On Dec. 2, I sent $50 from my debit card to STP, expecting I could then move it someplace else. I was able to get credit card verified, and I linked my bank account to my STP account. Then I found out to move my money anywhere -- even back to my debit card -- requires standard verification. I have submitted the documentation I have available, but despite this I remain only card verified. Meanwhile, STP has taken a processing fee from and the remaining funds ($45.75) are stuck at STP. I cannot get the money back or send it onward. STP takes days to respond to any emails. They have had my money for three weeks, I am getting angry.
