Was told I did not cancel therefore I was charged
Spoke with three different customer service
Two did not speak understandable English
Repeated my information many times before he got it correct
Not able to get my money back, they said
My cancellation confirmation for no more charges will
be emailed to me within 24 - 48 hours.
