I applied for a payday loan filling out all my information an some how got this i called them they told me to fill out a cancellation form well i cant find this form they took the money out my account now i have to find this so called form that i have 5 days to find an send back before they consider refunding the debit they took out this is a scam i want my money back i never applied for this service on top of that they say i talk to someone on the phone lies someone help please this cant be legal

This not legal. I called them and finally spoke with them after they hung up on me the first time. They refused to give me my money back and wanted all my personal info just to find my account. I told them that I would be filing fraud charges on them and they stated that they will do the same to me, because they say they have proof of me signing up with them. Which no proof exists. So i filed complaints against them with my bank, the BBB, FTC, and scam book here. Monday I will be filing charges with the police department. The company is a complete scam stealing peoples money.
