This company is a scam. They did not fix my computer after three days. I still had error/registry messages on my new computer. This company was referred to me by CISCO/LINSKEY. SUPPORTRIX guarantees a refund in writing but they do not honor it. It has been two months and I still do not have my refund of 119.99. Thank goodness I did not take their 199.00 package! I ended up taking my computer back to the store and got a new one. The computer specialists said there were unnecessary programs loaded on my computer that was causing the problems. PLEASE do not use this firm. They do not know how to fix computers.
