I applied fro a loan with Satsuma loans under a website purporting to be Satsuma, gave my details and too late discovered that an upfroint fee was to be taken of £67. I cxontacted Satasuma ( a reputable company) a nd queried this and they advised me they NEVER ask for an up front fee. In due course I contacted my bank who confirmed that the mines had been withdrawn adn it was taken in name of CASH LOCATOR and they advised me to contact them on 0844 823610. I tried this number which was unobtainable.
