A complete rip-off! Misleading advertising led me to a trap ( which unfortunately I fell for). I was on the receiving end of a harsh, rude and uncompromising employee when I phoned the UK number. I had returned the anti-aging cream when I discovered the enormous amount of money I had been billed - followed by two deliveries of Body Cleanse tablets (which I never ordered)! Sadly, under the misapprehension that I was ordering a free trial of the RTVL anti-aging cream, I was now well and truly caught. Having parted with my bank details (to pay for the p&p of my FREE TRIAL), my bank could not help me. I had already returned all of the deliveries to the depot in West Lothian, Scotland, hoping for a refund. That is when I incurred the rudeness of the employee, who told me I was not entitled to a refund and that it was 'too bad' that I had returned the items. Needless to say, I cancelled my Debit card and requested a new one. Never again will I fall for the trap of a FREE TRIAL,
