I placed an order on 12/16/2013. I never received a tracking number, although I did receive an email. I have tried contacting them back through email and they will no longer respond. I don't have a phone number, the one on the website is fake. This really upsets me!! This was a gift for my son for Christmas. And needless to say with the economy being the way it is, I don't have the money to purchase his Beats again .
