I ordered the product on Nov. 16, 2013. However, I did not use the product and returned it. I received an email confirmation from the company on Dec. 16, 2013 which stated, "memebership status has been updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled at your request." While balancing my checking account on Dec. 18, 2013, I noticed that I was charged for the product anyway. Since then, I have been trying to retrieve my money. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau along with my lawyer to see what steps I can take.
