I purchase the car safe policy for my van. I recently sold the van with half the mileage and term limit yet used. I was told I would be getting a refund in thirty days. Thirty days had past and I called company and was told there were some issues with accounting but my refund would be delayed. Now after another month Zip called and was told thar Car Safe went out of business but sold contracts to another company. This new company claims to have no records of my contract. What next? Lawyer and public awareness through the Internet?
