Bought shoes from Amerimark.com. This company popped up and I thought it was part of the checkout for Amerimark (I had never bought anything form them before). The second customer service rep at Freeshipping.com that I spoke to actually explained this - that their site is a pop up that takes you away from your original site.Obviously, given the number of complaints, this is not at all clear.
I feel lucky to have noticed the amount removed from my account before racking up huge charges like some here.

  • Please contact us directly at [email protected] to get this matter resolved if you have not already done so.

When registering for a membership the offer details are clearly stated during registration and in your welcome email.

Additionally you are told how to cancel within the 30 day trial period so you are not charged.

During that time you still have full use of all benefits.

    Thank you
