They scammed me out of $19.95/ month for past 7 months + initial "fix" fee of $80. They contacted me saying my computer had operation errors that needed to be fixed or I could be hacked into & might even have identity theft issues. I agreed to a one time fix - not a continued service of $19.95/mo. They sent me an email today saying my account was past due. Until I got that email I had no idea they had been charging my credit card every month for 7 months. I received nothing for these charges & would like to be reimbursed. They also caused my credit card account to overdraft because of their charges. If you need to get in touch with me - [email protected]. Please report this company (ITOK) as a ripoff
