I entered on line for a loan of 3,000 from payday, who deals with SGE,i was told they do not pay a loan for that amount, so i did not persu it. I was not aware or signed that SGE had done a scam loan for a 100 and only found out when i received an email that i owed them 89.00, I phoned them to find out what this was about and was met by a arragant and bad behavour on the phone by one of there employees.He never mentioned the 100 that had gone into my account and i was told the 89.00 was for admin of transfer.only when i received an email from payday that they took 129.00 from my account that was when i was aware that 100 had been payed into my account,that i was not aware of.I phone SGE again to find out why this money of 100 had gone into my account as i had not asked for it.I was met by the same arragant person on the other line.and i was told he did not want to speak to me.I then informed payday, who they said they would investigate the phone calls i made, unfortunately SGE said they had no recollection of the calls i made which was 2 calls.How unfortunate.Please could you investigate this complaint, as i live on my own, a pensioner, and could not afford this money i had to pay to them. Im sure i would not of asked for a loan of 100, when i had to pay 29.00 extra and 87.00 to SGE for something i did not apply for.Total 216.00 Please help me on this upsetting matter.
