Once a month I have been receiving in the mail a bottle of Le Derme Luxe, which purports to be a "anti-wrinkle" skin cream. I did not order it. The company claims that I did order it on Aug. 17, 2013. It also told me it had an email address for me, which is not one I know about. The man on the phone (had to wait for 25 minutes to talk to him) says I ordered a monthly subscription for $89.99 a month. I have no knowledge of such an order. And as a 71-year-old man, I doubt I would be interested in such a product. Since the bottles arrived with a packing slip that lists no price and says, in capital letters, "PROMO," I assumed it was some kind of mistake.
