I saw an ad for a free trial offer from equinoxbeauties.com 877-862-9835 and also rvtl.com for shipping of $4.95 & $3.95. I thought was the heck so I signed up to receive the 2 FREE trial samples. 2 weeks later I was overdrawn at my bank and it was from there criminals who took out money I did not authorize. I called over and over again and it was the same crap from MEN with india accents. I asked to speak to an american and this one guy said"we are all Americans" I then asked for an American who speaks English, or a manager or supervisor. No they don't talk to the public. I googled the 2 companies, the Better Business bureau and found out they have an F rating with hundreds of complaints. Red Flags popped up as soon as I googled the 2 companies I was dealing with. I called 877-862-9839 (headquarters for Sheridan Labs: which is part of Sheridan Skin, which is connected to Phoenix Labs and the Equinox site and rvtlskin siteEven though it is listed in Bluffdale, Ut when I asked where the person was I was speaking to he said CA!!!
