11/9/2013: I clicked on a link thru Facebook to try the Raspberry Ultra and the Aloe Cleanser and only pay shipping. I believed the items shipped on 11/12/13, allowing 5 business days for shipping, items arrive around 11/20/13, while away on Thanksgiving vacation. There was no email confirmation I had 14 days trial/or cancel, there was nothing on the packing slip.
11/26/13: they debit my account for $83.47 and $72.47

I return from vacation & notice the charges, I called on 12/27/13, only they I find out I should have cancelled in 14 days, mind you I received the 1st shipment on 11/20/13 w/nothing on pk/slip. They have given me credit for the 12/26 billing, they refused to give me credit for the 11/26/ billing...I haven't opened any of the bottles. I am out $155.94 off a product I do not intend to use...THIS IS A SCAM !!!!!! Thank you. Martha.
