We have ordered and paid 250 usd for a canada goose jacket the 20/12/13 and we have been informed the 2nd of january by DHL after many calls that the italian customs have blocked the shipment.
The mail dated 2013/12/9 we received from the superparka.com alias [email protected]:
" We have already arranged the posted,
and the tracking number is .
We post the package on 21/11/2013.

For now is hot sell season, so many packages stay in airport,waiting the scheduled flight.With the Christmas coming,
the shipping company have to spend more time to process

Dear Sir,
We have now been informed by DHL that they will not be able to import the
Jacket into Italy and the Jacket will not be delivered to us (it will
likely be returned to you).
We have however been informed by our bank that you have already debited our
account for the full amount prior to the delivery.
