I won several eGift card auctions with zBiddy and while jumping thru all the hoops to try to redeem these won and purchased auctions, I finally ended up with an http address that did not exist and was left with nothing for my trouble. This is not my first dissapointment with zBiddy. Previously I had purchased and won several Road Service auctions, but when I had car problems and called, they had no record of who I was. I did complain to zBiddy and did recieve my money back after several aggrevating exchanges with customer service. But this latest incident with eGift cards is the last straw. TOTAL RIP-OFF!
