I ordered a sample of AuraVie product for the cost of the postage at the end of Nov. 2013, On Dec 4th my account was charged $93.95. On or about Dec 10th I contacted the company and was told I would receive an email verifying they had cancelled this account, which I have yet to receive. On Dec 27th my account was charged the amount of $97.88. I have been trying to contact the company by phone since about the 29th of Dec. I have spent up to 45 minutes on hold and have ended up leaving messages. I am retired and disabled and cannot afford to continually be charged for something that was offered at no cost. I will be filing a complaint with my bank this morning.
