I purchased tickets for the Pixies concert in Boston for January 18, 2014. I believed I was on the Ticketmaster website when I purchased them. It mentioned that it used a Ticketfast service for the tickets. However, when I received an email confirmation it was from a third party retailer called concertticketcenter.com. The email stated that the tickets were going to be mailed to me via yet another third party retailer called mytickettracker.com. When I received the tickets via FedEx they were just a black & white piece of paper with the name Ticketmaster on the top and a different person's name than my own. Mytickettracker.com charged a hefty service fee for each ticket totaling $79.00. Their website is really poor for information.
At one point I thought I lost the tickets and when I called to get a re-send or a re-print they said they could not for lost tickets. They were also rude and unhelpful on the phone call. Fortunately, I found the tickets but I won't know if they are really legit until I go to the concert. I would definitely NOT recommend concerttickets.com or mytickettracker.com.
