I will be going to the Ombudsman about my complaint. I have received no loans from anyone and yet you have taken £38.96 out of my bank account. I would like it put back in my account within 24 hours. I am not very happy with the service I have received from you and if I knew you were going to do that I would never have given you my bank details. You didn't at anytime say you were going to take money straight away.
Please sort this out before I do take it further and you will have to pay the expenses.
