I had been to a local Feastival where they had a table and were doing a drawing for a Free Consultation. My sister and I both put one in. 2 weeks later WE both get calls saying we are winners for a free Consultaion. WEIRD how we both won the drawing. I then thought I will go ahead and check it out and gave her information on the phone and scheduled an appointment. She said I need your credit card info just incase your a no show, and you have 24 hrs. to cancell. I thought well maybe this is something I needed. After reviewing my schedule and relizing that my mom and surgery on that day I scheduled I had to call and cancell which was 30 min. later. She said well I can reschedule you, I asked her to call me back Friday and I will see wwht I have. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. Nice way to give a WINNER a gift! Charge them $75.00 for THEM not doing their job. Nice Customer Service and great way to run a buisness. On top of that I was charged $32.00 for OVERDRAFT fees. And messed up my Electricity bill.
All because I couldn't make the appointment and was waiting to reschedule. Not I place I want to join NOW!

- If you have a complaint against Physzique LLC you should file a complaint with the Washington State Office of the Attorney General at www.wa.gov and with Eastern WA BBB.

We have NEVER actually charged a $75 no show fee, even though during the phone conversations with prospective clients, we DO tell them that they must give us 24 hours notice or the fee will be charged.
This person can't prove this so-called charge and I would like them to try.
Wasting our trainer's time by not calling ahead to let us know they wouldn't show is both rude and inconsiderate. We are running a small business and the owner's personally spend 60+ hours a week in the studios making sure things run smoothly.
This person never spoke with a staff member at the alleged "30 minutes later"...if they did and they can prove it with their phone records, then we would be happy to back down. -
