The complaint is against an online dating profile
The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity

International boundaries
This company operates multiple websites and apparently switches websites when one gets shut down.
The four current websites I found associated with this scam operation are: debt2wealth.net, membershipcare.net, fundingassurance.com and quickpaydayusa.com.
If you look at the header information in the refund promise email you see these email addresses:

[email protected]
I have reported them to my bank, godaddy.com, google.com, the FBI Internet crime division and the FTC as well as my phone company. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Nevada and Utah Atty General's Offices.

I also just discovered another one of their websites by searching google by the phone # that appeared on my bank account statement.

They have multiple complaints identical to ours listed for this company as well. -

- Same for me, I found a 30.00 charge on my checking account, called them and they said they would refund my 30.00 and sent me a confirmation email stating that I would have it in 3 to 7 days. Money still not refunded and it has been over 14 days.
