The person listed above has been emailing me since the latter part of November stating that I owe Cash Advance USA for an old loan. He indicated in his emails that I never responded to their requests to pay back a loan I owe them. He has my banking information and my driver's license information.

He was extremely threatening, threatening to have court paperwork delivered to my place of work and my home. He indicated that the settlement amount is the money listed above; I did ask for a copy of the loan agreement and he said I would need to work strictly with him. I have sent emails trying to reach a representative for Cash Advance USA and have not heard back from them; I have called 512-571-3828 several times and only receive a voice mail.

If I owe Cash Advance USA for an old loan I would be happy to work with them directly and submit a payment plan. I got in over my head with loans and have been paying them back and the representatives have been extremely helpful to me in working out solutions.

I did explain to this gentleman that my income is the only full time regular income; my husband is on disablility and unable to work any longer. He did not seem to care. I had to beg to work out an agreement with him; I still am not convinced that the money I am due to pay will go towards the previous loan I owe.

Help!! My email address is (Personal Information Removed) ; my name is Sheila (Personal Information Removed) and if I still owe Cash Advance USA an old loan I would rather work this out with them and not be threatened by someone who only has an email address, says he works for the National Bureau of Investigation and threatening me with court paperwork.
