I ordered and it took to long and I signed a check for them for a medical insurance product so I called I told the customer service I wanted a refund. They told me O.K., and I was told I was getting it in my checking account from New York. It took too long also for the return, I stil didn't get it after the 21 day period of returns. It is October 26,20ll a month and a half later and I still did not recieve it. It's only New York why should it take so long I waited way more than the 21 day return period. What's Up Customer Service gave them 3 late notices. No good business practice. It's hard for me to believe I'm even going to get my check now, I hope I'm wrong though.
