I am located in South Africa,recieved a call around 10am on this day,with regards to my application for a canadian visa...the guy who spoke with me was Mr Dan Reed,he spoke for a very long time trying to familiarize me with the situation of things and had even told me that i was elligible for the program and all other stuffs,after so much talk,he said there would be an $825 fee which was payable anytime within an 8month period,after this,he convinced me to give my card details promising that they just required a charge on the card so as to proceed with the application regardless if there was money in the account or not,that there wouldnt be any charges on the account without my authourity,something just didnt seem right,luckily there was no funds in the account but it debited my account by about $95 and about an hour later when i got a R1098 payment,they charged the account,against Mr reeds claim...all efforts to get a refund has proven abortive uptil now...its really saddening that some organisation could blatantly defraud people in this manner...please take note,there seems to be a mega scam going on from there because the number they called with seems to be from the USA or Canada.Beware.
