Yep the same happened to me!!!
I am usually pretty good on spotting bad companies but they followed same process with me. I have not used the trial bottles yet so can return them. I am going to try them tomorrow by phone and will also be reporting it as a disputed payment to my credit card company.
Why do they have to do this???? My advert was in Men's Health so I may well complain to them as well and ask them to cough up if I don't get my money back as they should check the advertisers more thoroughly.
