ordered dvd shrink by computer on oct 11 2011 per instructions
they wanted payment first.so i mailed them a u s money order in the amt of 41.80 to cover order.when they replied they told me to down load product at htpp:www.official-dvdshrink.org/memberspage.html which i did.stating they will assist me promptly.when i went to down load same i received a warning that is dangerous and virus infected.
e mailed them stating so and they referred me to [email protected] which i was sending e mails to them,cause i cannot reach them by phone.dont think they are trustworthy and believe they are scamming people.

- I actually ordered the same product DVD Shrink last week and the transaction was just ok. No problem at all and the software works fine. Easy to back up and good quality on the output. I am happy with this software easy to use and fast.

Excellent product very easy to use and I also ask some tips to the customer service and they help me very quickly.
