I ordered a pair of shoes on November 29th 2013. Status says processing on the website but there is no way to communicate with anyone. They say to contact them in case the order delays more than 21 days but no one responds to the emails I send. I am now convinced it is a scam website. Please be careful before ordering.

Hello,
Have you have received your shoes yet? Because I recently bought a pair of shoes from this site too, and I tried to contact them, since it seems to be impossible to track the delivery status (all it says is "processing", disquieting...) but I never received an answer. I'm afraid they've swindled me...
It seems like I'll have to wait for some days yet, and then contact paypal...

Hello Neeva,
No I did not receive the shoes and I don't think ou will receive yours either. I raised a complaint with PayPal 2 weeks ago. They took my case and gave 10 days time to the other party to respond. That did not happen, so PayPal closed the case in my favor.This is what I got as a response from PayPal:
"We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your
favor.
We were able to recover $86,40 USD and this amount has been credited to
you. Please allow five business days for this adjustment to be posted.
If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to
recover the balance from the seller.
If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed
to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the
seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account
privileges."
I am now waiting to get the money back. I would suggest you do the same as I am more convinced now that website is a scam.
