I called the company to day to find out about a budget plan and was informed there was none. Since I am a senior citizen I can not afford the high prices in the summer due to the air conditioning being used. I asked to cancel and go back to JCP&L. I was told my contract had renewed for another year which I was not aware of. They said they sent a letter to the fact which I never received and I told the so. They told me they did not care and that I was in the plan till July. When I called them in August of 2013 about the Budget plan they never informed me about a new contract. I think it unfair that nothing can be done about this. I urge all seniors to beware of Clearview and their practices. My rate was even increased without my knowledge which I was told was in that letter I never received. No apology was given for this inconvenience. The person on the phone treated me like a liar about the letter and said that's the way it is. I will be going back to JCP&L as soon as possible.
