After reviewing the prices and information on their website, I closed the tab. A box opened to ask if I was sure I wanted to miss this great offer and they could give me a discount. I chose to decline, and a final offer opened to get a sample for $2.95. I agreed, but had to give my credit card for that fee. My pending charges currently total $160. I talked to their customer service number with unsatisfactory resolution. They cannot cancel the shipment, and if I send it back they will refund but I have to pay shipping and a $9.95 restocking fee. Plus, what I thought was $2.95, I'm being told is actually $14.95. This sounds like fraud to me. They emailed me a receipt the day I ordered for the correct amount, $2.95!!! I'm waiting to see if a supervisor will call me back.

- I found a charge from this company for 159.00 on my account. I called their customer service to resolve this issue and they told me the same thing. I decided since they weren't going to give me a full refund to dispute it with my bank. I also reported my card stolen so they couldn't continue to take money. I'm still waiting for the dispute to process. I feel like if you try to go thru them you are I. For a long ride with no good outcome.

- Oh and a supervisor won't call you back. I read that on another forum. Woman asked to speak with a supe and never received a call.
