I ordered his product. Received it and tried it. It made me violently ill. I thought I had 30 days to return, but within two weeks was billed $84.97. I called and spoke to a man who was very obviously of Indian decent and he told me his name was Richard Brook. After a lengthy discussion, he agreed to allow me to return the bottle of which only one pill was missing and cancel the membership and that I would just be charged the 84.97. He said he could not refund the shipping, so I disagreed and explained that being a type I diabetic I cannot take the pills. He agreed to cancel my membership and refund all $84.97. It was sent to them USPS with signature confirmation on 12/11/13 to the PO Box above and with an RMA # that he had to assign. Today is January 6th, and I called to find out why I have not seen a refund and I got another person of Indian decent named Lauren. She took forever stalling to determine whether or not my bottle was received yet, then told me that I would not get all of my money back because they have to cut down on costs and need $12 for restocking! I asked to speak to someone in charge. I got David Yung, employee ID 1456 in Clearwater, Florida. He said the same thing. I explained that his employee misinformed me and he refused to do anything about it but send my complaint to the "Concern Dept" and call back in a couple of days to see if anything came of it. He said his boss is Mick Fernandez and the only way to reach him is through the same phone number I had already called (877-285-9558). These people are dishonest and the Better Business Bureau needs to get on this!
