I've been subject to charters unscrupulous business practices for the last almost 2 decades. As it says in the Bible their will be (in lay terms), their will be many leing, cheating, business's ams people, in the last days. I have honestly lost track of an exact amount, Charter had fraudulently charged me over the years, so I'm giving an estimated per month figure.the newest thing I have encountered is they have hired a company third party to charge you for overdraft checks and charter claims not to have any record of these $25 overdraft fees put on my account by the third party company therefore as a courtesy I got one is the service representatives to last month to subtract is $25. Prior to this the last 2 months prior I was unable to get these charges credited back to my bank account.Talon g to this third party billing comany was fruitless,. Just raised my blood pressure . Talking to charter the same. Every other mo. I have to call on my bill. Now the newest problem, I ordered and canceled wifi last mo.with 3 days of ordering. But did they honor my cancelation ? No they sent the service person, anyway, but odd they sent a that wasn't good enough and they sent me the wifi through ups.what charger never ceases to amaze me the things they get away with I cannot tell you in a few dollars how much they have overcharged me through the years I've tried to eliminate my services with them to take my bill down but it didn't help my bill in terms of dollar amount per month much because as I eliminated my phone my internet they were raised up my TV cost. Now is this an honest fair business? You'd have to be stupid to not see how evil this Co. Is. How ya like their newest commercial. For those of u who don't know this Co. "Don't believe what their selling you". If u have a choice run the other way.
