I ordered a Micheal Kohr purse from this company on Christmas and it says the payment was a success and they would sent me a tracking number when they ship it out. It is January the 6th and I have yet to receive any tracking number nor email responding back. I haven't sent several emails but no response. I'm very upset. I don't really see where the money was took out of my account but I do see a unfamiliar balance taken out but it was more than I paid for it.
