I purchased clothing from England - which I do frequently and have never been charged shipping as it is included in the shipping charges - I recently received from synter resource group a debt for 38.31 stating they are a debt collector and I need to pay. I have called them several times to inquire about the collection letter sent to me. I have yet to be contacted back despite the recording I get that says we will call you within 24 hours. This is very suspect to me and I would appreciate any insight you are able to share.
