Sent for 14 day trail on Dec. 18. Never received product but was charged nearly $8 for shipping, $2 for international transaction fee, and $190 was taken from my checking account ($93 and $99)for Equinox and RVTL. Called and talked with CS rep who I could hardly understand due to his thick accent. At first he said he could refund $80 ($40 each product) but I said that I never got the product and haven't tried it out. It was sent USPS but without signature-- just left on the mailbox for anyone to take. There was a tracking # but no date or time of delivery. It was the holiday season so figure that out.I am still looking for it. Anyway I was told that there was no refunds. That is a lot of money to 'give' for something I never received or used.
