My mother is 88 yrs old & needs to use her amex card for food, medication ect. These scamers have been charging her 59.95/month for a year before I found out about it today. She never ordered any thing by phone or online (she suffers from slight dementia, doesn't have a computer). She has received no services or communication of any kind from this fraudulent company. She never looked at her bill, just paid what she thought she owed. Please help me get her money back.
