I ordered two coats from this website almost a month before Christmas. They were supposed to be gifts. The company displays a MasterCard logo, but they really don't accept them, which made me have to send my payment through western union. I learned very soon after, that this was not a good idea! After waiting a couple of weeks for a tracking number, I contacted the company's live online chat line to inquire about my order, I was then informed that one of the coats were out of stock, which delayed my order from being sent. I was never informed about this important piece of information. I was asked to pick two alternate coats to replace the out of stock coats. I complied because my money had already been picked up from western union. My order finally arrives, a week after Christmas, the sleeves were so short on the coats that they almost reach the elbow! I tried to contact the company on their live chat line. After I would input my name and order number with my complaint, they would ignore the chat completely. I sent emails with photos of these ridiculous, poorly made, unwearable coats. There was no response. I finally got through to a customer service rep. I was informed that all of their coats are made like this and I can't get a refund, even after I offered to send the unworn coats back. I was so desperate not to lose my money, I even asked for replacement coats with long sleeves. I was told that this was also not an option. My first mistake was sending money, because once your money is picked up, everything else is based on the integrity of the company that you are dealing with. The word integrity does not exist with this company. This is a case where you really get what you pay for. This company sends poorly made products! Do not send money to this website!!!!
