I sent £4.95 for trial size cream, I informed the company just a few days later that nothing had arrived (well within the 15 days trial period)and to cancel my order. I received an e-mail back saying my order had been shipped-this was 7/11/13.Silly me thought they were referring to the £4.95 trial size cream .I was totally surprise on receiving my card statement to see £98 37 had been taken from my account.Still no cream,I contacted the firm they said they would phone me back but they of course haven't.The payment was taken on the18/11/13 this was 12days after my e-mail to cancel.
