Like everyone else, I fell victim to the free trial SCAM. I was unhappy with the product and began trying to cancel the subscription in September of 2013. It has proven to be impossible to get through to the company because I would sit on hold for a whole hour, just for the call to time out and hang up on me. As a deployed Soldier, it is very difficult to make calls that long to my family, let alone to a company. I made several unsuccessful attempts to reach them by phone on 9/8/2013, 10/11/2013, 11/7/2013, 12/11/2013, and three (3) attempts yesterday 1/6/2013. It was not until 47 minutes into my fourth (4th) call yesterday that I was able to reach a live person. I explained the situation and the representative (Karen) continuously refused to refund my money but instead make offers to discount my future orders by 50% (despite me continuously telling her that I was not interested in ANY discounts or future business with their company). After being on the phone with her for nearly 15 minutes, they offered to give me a full refund for my last month and 50% off of November's charges. When I refused to settle for mere fraction of what they'd charged me and insisted that I would be left with no other choice that to dispute the charges with my credit card company and refer the matter to the my attorney, Karen told me that they were unwilling to refund any of my money if I planned to dispute their charges. She continuously tried to threaten me with showing my bank a screenshot of their Terms & Conditions. It doesn't matter what your terms and conditions say about cancellation if the company provides no avenue for the consumer to do so. So, as promised, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and have referred this matter to my attorney. This "company" is definitely 100%, unequivocally a SCAM!
