I signed up for free sample of 2 face creams, I would have 14days to try it and if not satisfied cancel the order in the 14days. I did not know the 14days started when i placed the order not when i received the product to try. I canceled the order one day late so they took the money out of my account. When I canceled the order they had already taken the money out of my account and I have to send the free samples back to get my refund.
