Placed order for free face cream trial. Was charged £8 plus uk for postage. Then I saw poor reviews so checked with my bank first thing Monday this week. Sure enough there is payment of 189 usd in the process of being taken. I'm furious. I contacted lifecell and told them I was cancelling trial order. They eventually replied today to say cancelled and no further money being taken. I've just this second had a mail from dhl stating package on way! So more hassle in store no doubt. This company needs to be stopped. I will be contacting a British consumer lawyer if I have any more trouble. My money like everyone else's is hard earned and I totally object to being ripped off like this!
