I placed an order for a pair of UGG boots for a Christmas present on December 3, 2013. I received an e-mail on Dec. 3 stating that my order would be processed upon confirmation of payment.
I heard nothing until I replied to said e-mail on Dec. 16th inquiring as to whether or not I would be notified when my product was shipped. I did receive a response saying that my order was shipped out on Dec. 13. I was given a tracking number which gave that information. I continued checking the tracking and all that was ever posted was the Dec. 13 ship date. I contacted the company and the individual from customer service at least a half dozen more times without any reponse. The purchase was posted to my credit card account on Dec. 24th and I have still not received my merchandise. All subsequent correspondance with the company has gone unanswered.
