JustCloud just informed me that I am in violation of their Fair Use policy, locked me out so that I cannot do any backups and require that either upgrade to a business plan, remove some of my data, cancel my service or use it as is. They did this in response to my third complaint in about a month about problems with my files not being backed up. The software they have you download does not tell you when it is NOT in communication with the server, so unless you regularly go online to check your account there is no way to find this out. From May 2013 to Nov 2013, none of my data was backed up even though JustCloud ran every day and informed me it was done with the backup. While my contact with customer support last year was generally positive, in the last few weeks they've either not responded or sent me the form letter informing me that I can no longer backup my data.
