Never applied for a loan. This company got my bank details from somewhere. Not sure how....they did to test purchases one for 5p then one for 12p I assume cis this was not chalks fed they the. Took £39.99. After battling with my bank. Who insisted I "must " have given them my card details. To which I had not! I FINALY got my card stopped so this company couldn't take any more money I know have to wait for 7 days and will get my monies back ...
If you have given out your card details on line the bank won't help.....if you have not done this stick to ur guns with the bank don't hang up don't be flobed off by them INSIST strongly on speaking to the fraud team state u never have given out ur bank details they have to give you ur money back.....go to the FSA
