After registering for skrill.com (previously called moneybookers), skrill (legitimate!) charged me a small amount for verification purposes and that's okay with me. Right after that, this WWW.PLIBLU NICOSIA (pliblue nicosia) charged me around 30USD (conversion) and I don't even know how it happened. There's also this ITUNES.COM charge that I find soooo weird because I NEVER purchase anything from itunes
