Place an order on the website and received a "validation error" after submitting my form of payment information. I was unable to verify whether or not my order had been processed and received no confirmation/order number either from the website or via email. I immediately sent a message, via the website contact page, requesting confirmation of my order. I waited 2 days and got no response and then noticed that my bank account had already been charged for the order. I then sent another message via the website, again requesting some sort of confirmation/order number and waited another 2 days with no response. I then filed a charge dispute with my bank and purchased the product from a local department store so I would be sure to have it for Christmas. Eight days later, I received an email from Boots2Store.biz with a tracking number for my order. Since I didn't want to keep the product, I tried to get return policy information and found that the company has no posted return policy information on their website. After numerous emails back and forth I was finally told that it would be a 30% handling charge, including freight, bank charge, and cost (whatever that means). When I told them I would not agree to their terms and felt their business practices were dishonest and misleading, their reply was f*** You. Do not do business with this company.
